The E clip rail fastening system is made up of elastic clip, insulator, e clip type baseplate or shoulder and a rail pad.

The elastic fastening system can be supplied in a complete assembling, one complete consists the following items:

2 elastic rail clip + 2 insulator +2 shoulder (or 1 baseplate) + 1 rail pad

Elastic rail clip:

We produce various elastic rail clip from diameter 12mm to 20mm. With the strict dimensional control as well as the use of high quality spring steel, we ensure that the elastic rail clip supplied by us are within the specified ranges .

There are different types of elastic rail clip we produce:

e1609, e1809, e1817, e2005, e2055, e2007, e2009, e2091 etc.

and PR309, PR401, PR601A etc.

Insulator:

Also called GPI, gauge plate insulator, it is produced with reinforced nylon 66 and 30% glass fiber. The rail insulator is used for adjusting rail gauge and insulating rails from the elastic rail clip. It provides electrical insulation and protect the elastic rail clip from abrasion by direct contact with the rail.

Shoulder:

There're different types of shoulder used with the elastic rail clip, fast clip and deenik clip, this type is made of cast iron and normally we call it cast iron shoulder, it is pressed in concrete sleepers.

There's another type of shoulder which is named weld on shoulder, the weld on shoulder is welded on flat steel plate and is designed for use with the elastic clip, it is produced by hot forging.

E Clip type baseplate:
It is used under rail and between sleepers.

Rail pad:

The rail pad is used to avoid impact, increase the frication and reduce vibration. The material normally used for production of rail pad is rubber, EVA, HDPE and TPU.
