DESCRIPTION

Rail insulator, also called railroad insulator, rail insulation, rail nylon insulator.Rail insulators are used on both sides of the rails to adjust the gauge and used together with the fasteners and plays a very good role of insulation .

Ail insulator is suitable for rails such as UIC60, UIC54, 115RE, 136RE, BS100A, BS80A, 90R, 75R, 50R, 60R. The material is PA6 or PA66 with a glass fiber content of 20% to 35%. These materials are UV resistant and can be used in natural colors or as required.

1、E-type rail insulators
E-type rail insulator is used in E-rail fastening system. It is used with E-clips, rail shoulders and rail pads. Its function is to cushion the pressure of the passing train on the track and then return the rail to its original position.

2、SKL rail insulators
SKL rail insulators are also called angle guide plates, used in SKL fastening systems like W14 rail fastening system,W21 rail fastening system and W30 rail fastening system, combined with SKL tension clips, screw spikes, plastic dowels, flat washers and rail pads.

3、Nabla rail insulators
Nabla rail insulators are used in Nabla clip rail fastening systems, working together with other fastener parts including Nabla clips and double end screw spikes.
